30-Day Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in Re-saleable Condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with the complete retail packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend return shipment(s) be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for USPS services that have tracking). Please note: the amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.

If you require an exchange our exchange process involves two separate transactions. You will need to return the item(s) you want to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement items. 

If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, please contact support@fidlock.us and we will correct it.  

All returns must include the original order number to be processed. Returns will only be processed with a return request. Do not ship returns without authorization, they will be returned to sender.

Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Returns processing usually takes 1-3 business days. It can take several additional days for the money to be refunded but is typically completed within 7 business days. 

Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fidlock.us. 


Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
